Basically, forwarding or masking won't cut it. You'll need a domain mapping upgrade for everything to work properly: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

The videos are not working when you go to that domain, but if you go to http://www.exhibitwise.wordpress.com, then they are working. It must have something to do with the redirect to the worpress site. I am still not sure how to fix it, but it explains why some people can see the vids and others can't.

Here is some new information that I didn't think was relevant at first, but now I do. I also cannot get to my dashboard in Chrome. When I came into work this morning and logged on to the network here the video played, but when I closed the browser and opened it back up, not only will the video not play, but I cannot access my dashboard. When I try to get to the dashboard in IE8 I get the following error message:

What you can try:
Open this content in a new window

"Open this content in a new window" is a link, and when I click on it it takes me to the dashboard. Is there some kind of setting to allow viewing content in a frame? I think this may be what is happening with the videos as well, but they do not generate an error message.

@exhibitwise, We just recently noticed and corrected an error in our Dallas datacenter, which would have only affect a small amount of users. I'm hopeful that may have been the cause.

I had a colleague check, no problems there either.

Even though we work "at WordPress," we all work from home (or coffee shops, planes, trains, book stores, anything with wifi), so it's not a network thing.

When I first load the video I can go to the page and view it fine. Then if I close the browser and reopen the page it no longer plays. I cleared the cache and it still doesn't play. I just had my wife check, who is at work and on a different network, etc., and they do not work for her. I don't think anyone can see these videos besides people that work at wordpress. I am not savvy enough to know why that would be though.
