Hello,

I bought VideoPress a month ago because I thought I needed it to host my graduation film. I just found out that I don't need it, but because of the hazzle that comes with a graduation I forgot to cancel it within the 30-days. It expired on July 7th. I only put two video online for a test.

Is it possible to still get the refund?

Thank you!
