The free WordPress.com blog comes with 3 GB of storage space. You can purchase an additional 10GB, 25GB, 50GB, 100GB, or 200GB Space Upgrade.

There is also the WordPress Value Bundle which include both VideoPress and a 10 GB Space Upgrade.

The 10 GB Space Upgrade will give you a total of 13 GB of space (including your free 3 GB).
You can view your remaining space from your Dashboard under Media -> Library. The more images and videos you add, the more space you will use up. If you deleted the media, you will free up that used space.

I'm sorry that I don't have any experience with videopress and can only point you to support documentation. I'll also flag this thread for a Staff response.

How much space do I get for videos?
You get as much space as is available on your blog. Free blogs come with 3 GB of space. More space can be added by purchasing the Space Upgrade option. http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/#frequently-asked-questions

I'm planning to upgrade to videopress, but I have a few questions. Whats the size that discounts from your total space (3 gb in case of using the free wordpress.com) the original size your upload or the resultant converted video?. And if you delete the videos you can recover that space?. Thanks
