I want to upload my own videos for others to view, but not to embed elsewhere.

In order for my videos to play on an iPad, must I check Share embed codes and download links in the Video Player Settings?
(And if so, I assume I will have to upload my videos again, with this checked?)
Or, can I Restrict embed playback by entering my own website address, and others will still be able to play the videos on an iPad?

I don't want to share.
I do want them to play on mobile devices.

These are mutually exclusive conditions. The videos are of course Flash, and thus will only play on devices that can play Flash.
