He forwarded the offending email to me and it appeared perfectly on my computer. He says he's setting up his own wordpress account, and his grandson has a wordpress blog. He says its only my blog that appears as he says on his computer. Doesn't make any sense to me!

Emails are far smaller in side than a full web page.

Post back here when you find out what email program they are using and then staff can take a look and see if there is an adjustment that needs to be made.

I've never heard of this and the formatting in the subscription emails has always been very good.

There is no way to change the formatting in them either.

What email program is the person using?

One of my readers (viewers?) complains that as he receives my blog as an email, he initially appears to get a blank page, only when he scrolls all the way to the right does he see words and pictures. He says I should align my copy to the left and format my page to A4. I think he should just log on like everybody else via www etc. I'm using elegant grunge. Is there something I can say to him thats as clever as hes trying to be?! :)
