You'll have to wait till they finish the job, and then we can tell you how to disable the thing.

I've had to make colour white because colour covers the page if any other colour.
As Oregon above.
Home page background covers page and lost white band down middle.
Other pages borders ok.
Any one help?

The background color on the home page is "bleeding" through the normally white middle section of the site. The theme footer is also not at the footer any more; rather it moves with the page as a user scrolls down. On other pages of the blog (About, Terms of Use, etc.), the theme appears to work just fine. The home page displayed correctly earlier today.
