I want keep my .wordpress.com but i need a fresh one, how do i get it? Or any of administrators could help this by re-fresh my blog like a new one just start to the world.

I can see my blog posts, but the 'page' (ie. front/home) tab isn't there. Obviously the page is 'somewhere' but how do I find it? I checked the pages visible, and none are in the blog format with date and blog title on the page while the page name should be seen as a tab. I'm at a loss as to what support service to even start with. Does this mean I didn't delete the front page since blog updates still come to my email?

You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
