I already own the domain name. I just signed up, and expected to be asked to supply payment information for the mapping upgrade, but did not get it. I have the instructions that you linked to and changed the nameservers. Should I just wait for 72 hours, or do you know where I can go to buy that mapping upgrade?

And have 72 hours passed since you purchased domain mapping?

5. To activate your new domain go to Settings > Domains, select the button next to the one you wish to activate and click Update Primary Domain. Your blog will be accessible from both of these domains; the Primary Domain is what actually appears as your domain within the address bar of web browsers.
