Timethief - I am new to WordPress and Askimet - just over 2 months. Surprisingly, I already get over 100 comments each day. In my case over 99% of the comments are spam. But Askimet seems to think ALL the comments are spam. So, unfortunately, I have to browse through each comment to see if it is really a spam or not.

I don't think about them at all and I'm amzed that you do. The vast and overwhelming maount of so-calle information on the interent is spam. over 80% of all so-called comments submitted to .wordpress.com blogs every day is spam. Our blogs are equipped with Akismet, so I don't waste any time thinking about spammers, whether they be bots or humans. I click the "spam" button and move along.
