font-family: 'Raleway', "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, "Nimbus Sans L", sans-serif;

Because it's in a font stack, that means that each visitors' computer will display the first font that is available in that list. So you are most likely seeing Raleway or Helvetica Neue.

If you would like to load fonts through the web instead of relying on users' computers to have the font, you can setup Custom Fonts.
