You have to export your blog out of wordpress.com, install WordPress 3.4.x on your domain through your hosting provider, and then import the file you exported out of wordpress.com.

I've tried typing in "ftp://kinandink.com" for my domain but I do not know what I'm supposed to type into the username and password section.

How do I find out what they are? Are they the same as my WordPress username and password?

Also, should I be typing in "ftp://kinandink.wordpress.com" into the domain instead?
