As for choice of themes for any specific type of blog, I'd suggest that you do a search on Google, like this:

site:wordpress.com "fashion blogs" and see if you like any of the results.

I will be using alot of pictures obviously and the pictures will be the focal point so everything else needs to blend into the background sort of.
