Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

It's just not there. Do I need to activate it? I know what it's meant to look like and where it's meant to be because I've worked on a wordpress site (not mine) where I could see it - and it was very useful!

I've searched multiple forums but can't seem to find anyone with this problem.
