I know this question has been asked many times before, and I've read many, many answers on the Forums that seem perfectly clear - but I'm at a total loss. Perhaps I've just missed something very elementary?

I'm looking to use some of the functions in the "Store" link for my WordPress site, but the "Store" button does not show up on my Dashboard. To prove I'm not crazy, I've uploaded a screenshot of my Dashboard menu here:
