Which type of image takes the priority in Top Post & Page widget when it is set to display Views/Image Grid.

I have a post which has two images. One is inserted in the post and the second image is set as a Featured Image. My Top Post & Page widget shows the image which is inserted in the post but I would like to have the Featured Image show up in the Widget.

I would like to know which image this widget pulls to display?
