After I submitted the request, I installed a third-party form plugin that seemed to work better overall anyway. The Jetpack one wasn't working properly, but it's no longer an issue for me.

The Avada Theme has a few issues with WP 3.5 at this point anyway as it seems. I'll probably chalk it up to the theme and continue to use the plugin.

Thank you!" I tested using Safari 6.0.2. Are you still having trouble with your Jetpack contact form, or has it been resolved for you?

It appears that no forms are going through.

I'm using Safari on OS X Lion.
