I found one static Page here http://creativelogbook.wordpress.com/about/
Custom menu > http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

Troubleshooting – My custom menu isn’t appearing
Go to the custom menu page in the dashboard Apearance > Menus and in the “theme location” module at upper left select your custom menu from the pulldown and then click “save”.

Troubleshooting – My Pages aren’t appearing in my custom menu
They must be public pages – not private.
Public – The page will be visible to everyone.
Protected – The page is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
Private – Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in the Reader, feeds, or in any search. A page can be private without being password protected.

I had created two pages and the buttons to those pages were displaying properly on the top bar which could be clicked on to reach those pages. Few days back I created a third page with an external link on it which could be clicked to reach my online shop. The moment I published the page the other two page buttons disappeared from the top bar including the home page button. I went through all the support topics but did not find an answer to the problem.
Finally I decided to delete the newly created page and remove it from the trash folder as well. But even now the button to that pages shows on the top bar and the actual existing page buttons do not show at all.
I hope you could guide me to resolve the problem.
Thanks
