			<description><![CDATA[<p>Last year, after renewing each item separately, I saw the $99 bundle upgrade and wanted to do that instead. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a refund on the items already purchased. This year, I remembered the bundle and want to upgrade to that, but it isn't showing it is available. Why not?<br />
