This is the 3rd time I have emailed about this issue. If this isn't resolved, I'm just going to return the whole value pack.

I bought the value pack, returned it without using the domain, and then repurchased it (long story, see other emails if you want to know the details). I went to add the subdomain (blog.joytours.com) and it says that I have to pay $13 for it! I already paid for it in the value pack. Please help? I really need to get this taken care of... like last week....
