			<description><![CDATA[<p>Wow....there's a lot of terms there Ihave no idea....  I'll go through it all slowly and try to figure it out.  I'm using the log in at home...not in public so I'm pretty sure it's the right https...log in.  As for number 2 it reads:  Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 9.0; Windows NT 6.0; Trident/5.0)   which isn't what you typed in as a problem....so I assume it's not the first two you mention...  will have to work on looking into the others later.  But thanks!

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Why does it keep saying my password is incorrect. EVERY time I log in, using the SAME password, it tells me it's incorrect and I need to redo it.  Everytime I put in the same password, and everytime I log out and then log in another time or another day I have to go through the whole process all over again.<br />
