To revert the front page change, go to this page and select the 'Your latest posts' option at the top. Then your front page will show an archive with all the latest blog posts. Unfortunately this is without a sidebar.

I don't think I want a static Home page because I want my blog on my Home page.

I really want my (most recent) blog post and a sidebar to appear on the Home page.
