The staff will just look at your account, refund the charges or give you a credit and let you know here that you can charge ahead

But, when I type in my new domain name carolynwaldronparr.com, it says that it cannot find that website. Did I do something wrong while connecting the two? I basically want a website for myself through wordpress with less of a blog feel.
