The problem was that I had set up a menu earlier. Once that was deleted, the pages all showed up nicely. I even found a way to make a static home page (that's why I had another home page set up). Well, yes I do. I want to save my page my link page, and what happens from the auto-save it puts all my links together with no space. And I'm not able to actually publish the page!

Could be an issue with the page attributes - numbering. If so, then the above link should help you out.

Did you try adding the Page into your Menu?

Appearance -> Menu on your left hand side in the Dashboard.
