You can either shorten the category names or switch to a theme with a wider sidebar.

But first you should seriously reconsider how you categorize your posts. Categories are supposed to be the main groups of posts: there's no point filing a post under a "category" that's identical to the title of that post.

This has not always been the case so I know my Theme worked fine originally. Is there a way to readjust it somehow?
