We used to click on the drop down tab under "liked" posts on the Admin bar and choose the reblog option there, but I believe the reblogging feature has undergone some changes. The last I heard was in this thread I will link to below. I do apologize, in advance, if there has been more recent information that I have not located.

Reblogging is in a state of flux at the moment as we improve the way it works. I'd suggest using Press This for a little while until we bring Reblog back to the Admin Bar. http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/reblogging-editing-and-adding-content-to-post?replies=3
