When trying to upload my photos, I click on "add media" then "select files". I then click on the photo I want to upload and instead of uploading to the library, the progress bar displays "100%" in blue but does not upload the photo. If I try to upload a 2nd photo, it displays "0%" and nothing happens. I have been following this same procedure for a few years now and this is the first time I have encountered this problem.
