When issues like this arise, we like to rule out the browser as the cause before we continue. Can you please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then try logging in again and seeing if you receive the error?

If you do, can you let me know a bit more about your environment; specifically, your browser, operating system version, and where you're trying to authenticate from?
