I am having three issues and would love if someone could help me. :(

1. Is there any way I can make it so there is no gap between the main central panel and the header? Is there some sort of work around?

2. My client wants to remove the title "Translator" from the translator widget that I put in. But I can't figure out how to do that.

3. When I put this page into mobile size, the navigation bar doubles its links. It did this BEFORE I did a work-around to make changes to the layout of the navigation header on non-mobile, so I know the work-around is not creating the issue.

Any help would be much appreciated I have been banging my head against the wall on these three issues.
