			<description><![CDATA[<p>Other people have asked about this widget (see <a href="http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/dailymile-training-widget?replies=9">here</a> and <a href="http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/daily-mile-widget?replies=6">here</a>) . Unless they have changed the widget code since then, it may not be possible to include it on your blog. I've never seen the code, but it sounds like it has Javascript in it, which isn't allowed in WordPress.com blogs.
