It's come up before.

The work around for me is to pass the widget over the other widgets in teh available box at teh bottom of the page. If the others move to make room, that's a good place to drop the one you're moving.

How do I do this? When I try to drag them back to the bottom of the page where the available widgets are, they bounce right back into the sidebar.
