			<description><![CDATA[<p>When you Drag and Drop a widget into the sidebar dock, it will experience multiple inits.<br />
That doesn't harm simple textareas but prevents JS scripts on the widget admin page from working properly (i.e. tinymce or JPicker). Debugging with Firebug reveals several pending events.</p>
<p>Workaround is switching the accessability mode to on.</p>
<p>Tested WordPress version is 3.0.1</p>
