			<description><![CDATA[<p>I'm not aware on any ad insertion company that will do that.  They 'buy' space so to speak and insert what they want.</p>
<p>That said, from what I've seen on this board, acceptance into Word Ads is far from guaranteed.  Many who apply don't get in.
