I hope you can help with this problem. I have a domain name and started creating a WP site, however at some point I changed something and ruined it.

I can not login anymore. I go to my site 'www.example.com/wp-admin' and I get a "oops, can not find" or "server not found" error page.

Is this a problem on the domain/hosting end?
or
Is this a problem because I messed something up in WP?

Has anyone experienced this issue and know how to resolve it?
