			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am trying to make a widget that will allow users to sign up for email updates by providing me with their email address on the sidebar.  I know I cannot use &#60;input&#62; tags in the text widget because of security, but I was wondering if &#60;input&#62; tags are allowed in custom-built widgets.</p>
