I have two issues happening. 1_ when you go to my URL http://www.carlsondesignco.com where it is installed it does not load the page. If i go to http://www.carlsondesignco.com/index.php it did load up. BUT now when i go there it loads the page as simple text, no CSS is applied. When i try to go to my wp-admin page, it loads the same thing. My dashboard does not come up. I don't know what happened or how to fix it.

Any help?
