Sticky posts override the posts per page setting, thus making it impossible to narrow the cause, and make the blog incredibly slow to low (3 minutes on my broadband connection).

The best I can say at this point is that the problem is within one of the 24 sticky posts.

If you would please unstick them, I can get to the bottom of this for you.

Also, please see #1 at http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/#missing-posts regarding how many tags you're using.
