Please give it another try, you can go to Store > Domains on your blog's dashboard and follow the steps there.

I recently purchased a mapped domain upgrade for a domain that I already own, however when purchasing the upgrade with WordPress I stated the .com address (which I don't own) rather than the .co.uk address.

How do I get this resolved?!
