I have looked at the response in http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/wu-wei-how-to-remove-the-date-from-posts?replies=4 and I have pasted the code from that response in the my CSS stylesheet editor but it doesnt work.

I have read through the css tutorials and I really don't get CSS and HTML. Can someone tell me exactly what I have to do to remove the date from my post please? I'm using the wu wei theme.
