&tag=word08-20 interfering with URLs

    WordPress is appending "&tag=word08-20&tag=word08-20" to all of my external URLs, which in some cases causes strange behavior. For instance, if I put in a link to one of my books at Amazon, WP adds "&tag=word08-20&tag=word08-20" to the URL, causing Amazon to show the page incorrectly.

    I have double-checked my HTML - I am positively *not* adding this text to my URL, but WP is. Please make it stop!
