2 blogs, 2 emails address
I want Blog #1 to be with Blog #2 account.
When I try to change #1's email to that of #2, I get an error telling me that, that email is already used.
How can I put these two blogs under one account?

The blog I need help with is crazyinsaneflyingbeagles.wordpress.com.
You need to transfer one blog to the other account - an email address can only be used once - it is the unique identifier at WordPress.COM
Invite user #2 to be an Admin of that blog.
That works also - and easier - I have done that also a couple of times
