Just recently I've noticed that my blog now has 2 home pages displaying both redirecting to the same url. This issue only appeared recently and I'm not sure what to do.
The blog I need help with is leetgamerblog.com.

The theme you're using doesn't support top navigation bar customization. Please read this page to learn how to hide certain page from your nav bar.
(make the home page a sub page of another "static" page)
