  1. 1-We would like to remove wordpress theme text at bottom of page? We have purchased the $99 upgrade if this makes any difference.
2-We have inserted a gallery and are using the 2 column setting. Is there a way to tidy up the text and not have it go from end to end?
3-We have another gallery where we are using the mosaic setting. When we clock to open the gallery, there is camera information for each picture? Is there a way to remove this information?

The blog I need help with is arcuslabblog.wordpress.com.

  2. 1) that is against the terms of service and will get your site suspended. Even the $30,000 a year VIP blogs must display that text.

    2) please give me a link to the exact post so I can see what you're saying.

    3) edit each of the uploaded photos in the Media Library and remove the Description.

  3. You cannot remove any footer credit links. Doing so results in suspension.

    11. Attribution. Automattic reserves the right to display attribution links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com,’ theme author, and font attribution in your blog footer or toolbar. Footer credits and the WordPress.com toolbar may not be altered or removed regardless of upgrades purchased. http://en.wordpress.com/tos/

Custom Design - Frequently Asked Questions
May I remove credit links such as ‘Blog at WordPress.com’, theme, font, or toolbar links?
All WordPress.com bloggers are required to maintain the credit links, even our VIP bloggers. Please do not hide or alter text or links for the footer credits or the toolbar. Modifying the style of the footer text (i.e. colors and font size) is fine as long as it’s still readable. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/#frequently-asked-questions

  4. 1-Ok. So If we self-hosted (using the WordPress on our current site host panel) could we remove the WordPress text or put copyright text there?

2-Here is the link to the gallery where the text goes from end to end.

3-I just looked and there is no caption, alternate text or description for the images? Take a look.

  5. 1) the terms of service of many themes require the footer credits to remain intact, I have heard of a few .ORG themes that trash or mess with your web site the theme if you remove the credits

  7. I would create a static Page and upload the images into it as follows.

    See here please > http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#alignment

The alignment icons in the WordPress editor are for aligning text; they are not for aligning images. They are used to achieve wrapping text around images on either the right or left hand side, or to display an image that's centered without text on either side of it.

Align-left means position left, with the rest of the content wrapping around the right side of the image.

Align-right means position right, with the rest of the content wrapping around the left side of the image.

Align-center means position center, with no wrap-around (= the rest of the content below the image).

If the text beside the images does not occupy the same amount of space that the image beside it does then the text wrapping will continue and the images and text that follow will have a staggered appearance.

To prevent the staggered effect what you do is insert the following snippet of code into the Text (HTML) editor after each image/text pair:
    <div style="clear:both;"></div>
