   I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I'm trying to install WordPress on my Linux Server. I have configured wp-config.php to connect to database, but when i get to the install.php I get a 403 forbidden error. I'm wondering if this is a common problem. I've already tried searching with no avail

   Wrong place. You need to be over at http://wordpress.org/support/ for self-hosted blogs. Good luck!
