Well at least your blog is 3 weeks old and not under 1 day as several people ask yesterday - it can take a while for Google to index a blog - look back in the Forum about 4 pages worth or do a search of the Forum or Support Docs - there are at least 8 threads the last 5 days on how to build traffic if you care to look.
