A google search question

  1. Okay,

    me: http://politicalbooks.wordpress.com/

So I've been real real *real* slow at getting my blog up and running. But I wanted to do a somewhat decent job at it. I'm in the process of getting my own domain (taking forever...) but one thing I did was I read up on some pages about google search and something called white hat and black hat.

Basically, white hat is where you do *good* things to make your site more easily found by google bot. In particular, you follow googles advice. It's not about tricking the googlebot, but making the page easy for the googlebot to read. So, I began posting to see what would happen.

My keyword goal is "political book summaries" and "political book reviews". I started with the first one. Low and behold, I've got the second spot on google blog for "political book summaries" and I'm on the second page on google webpage for "political book summaries". However much good that does me. :P

So that was easier than I'd thought. Here's my problem. Under the blog-search google actually has the link wrong. They've got the date down as "12" instead of "15".

So there's my question, If Google has me in two places, how did it screw up the URL with one of them? And, more importantly, how do I fix it?

I *think* what happened was I created the blog post on the 12th, but I didn't publish it until the 15th. Not sure how that would cause the URL to be screwed up though.

The blog I need help with is politicalbooks.wordpress.com.
