mypicmana new page has apeared in my home page the menue at the top should be Home ans Whats it about. But somehow a post that was made has now become a new heading. can i remove this without deleting the post and what did I do wrong t do it in the first place

Do you mean this static page which is actually your About page?
http://mesoandme.wordpress.com/about/There is no automatic way to transfer content from a Page to a Post or visa versa. You edit the Page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/ and cut the content and paste it into a new post http://mesoandme.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
