A trouble of an image which is above the tags of author avatar

  1. Hello everybody!

    Good evening!

I have a trouble that I can't solve in a blog of WordPress. I don't know if it's bug or they are in confilcts. Firstly, see the image:

Notice the 3D rounded border and the white and black shadow in this image. This image is above the author avatar image's box. I can't correct it. Follow my styles:

    .gutter-right {<br /> margin-right: 10px;<br /> }</p> <p>....</p> <p>.post-avatar-wrap {<br /> float: right;<br /> width: 48px;<br /> height: 48px;<br /> background: #fff center;<br /> -moz-border-radius: 15px;<br /> -webkit-border-radius: 15px;<br /> border-radius: 15px;<br /> -moz-box-shadow: 1px 3px 1px rgba(255,255,255,0.35), inset 0px 3px 5px rgba(0,0,0,1);<br /> -webkit-box-shadow: 1px 3px 1px rgba(255,255,255,0.35), inset 0px 3px 5px rgba(0,0,0,1);<br /> box-shadow: 1px 3px 1px rgba(255,255,255,0.35), inset 0px 3px 5px rgba(0,0,0,1);<br /> margin-top: -10px;<br /> }</p> <p>...</p> <p>.author-avatar-wrap {<br /> width: 48px;<br /> height: 48px;<br /> background: #fff center;<br /> -moz-border-radius: 15px;<br /> -webkit-border-radius: 15px;<br /> border-radius: 15px;<br /> -moz-box-shadow: 1px 3px 1px rgba(255,255,255,0.35), inset 0px 3px 5px rgba(0,0,0,1);<br /> -webkit-box-shadow: 1px 3px 1px rgba(255,255,255,0.35), inset 0px 3px 5px rgba(0,0,0,1);<br /> box-shadow: 1px 3px 1px rgba(255,255,255,0.35), inset 0px 3px 5px rgba(0,0,0,1);<br /> margin-top: -10px;<br /> }

  2. You did not specify a blog address or reason for posting when you created this topic.

This support forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com. If your question is about a self-hosted WordPress blog then you'll find help at the WordPress.org forums.

If you don't understand the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, you may find this information helpful.

If you forgot to include a link to your blog, you can reply and include it below. It'll help people to answer your question.

    This is an automated message.

  3. Follow the example of JSFiddle:
    http://jsfiddle.net/ZUben/

  4. If you are talking about a blog hosted here at WordPress.com, we need a link to that blog please.

If you are self-hosted at a third-party web hosting service such as GoDaddy, Bluehost, Dreamhost, etc., then follow the link given by the supportbot and post in the WordPress.org forums. That is where the self-hosted WordPress software is supported.

  5. Hello Thesacrepath,

I use the offline WordPress, using FTP, Apache and MySq, for developing the project for my brother's blog. He doesn't allow me to upgrade my project to his blog while my project is not finished or ready, but he uses the same theme that I use for building and modifying. Follow my brother's blog link: http://correrpraprai.com

If you want me to compress the folder of WordPress theme the which I'm developing offline for him, you can get my file for analysing:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/w1hsuygqpd4g40f/correrpracarai.zip

    Thank you a lot!

  6. correrpraprai.com does not exist. Is there a typo in the domain name?

  7. Sorry, it was a mistake. I mean http://correrpracarai.com

  8. That is a self-hosted WordPress site and the forum for those is at http://wordpress.org/support/ . They are familiar with the software you are using than we are. These forums are for those hosted here at the WordPress.com hosting service and answering self-hosted questions can cause confusion since key things are different here.

  9. I'm very sorry, I thought his blog is from WordPress.com, but the problem is solved, I made the same question at Stackflows:

    http://stackoverflow.com/questions/16095909/wordpress-css-a-trouble-of-an-image-which-is-above-the-rounded-box/16111918?noredirect=1#16111918

Thank you a lot for advising me and your patience. Please, close my thread.

  10. You are welcome.
