   Can someone please tell me how to actually contact a support person? I am becoming beyond frustrated. I am having a multitude of issues with my wordpress blog. None of which I can get answers in the self help menus.

   Here are a few examples:

   1. The photos I entered are not showing up. When previewed and posted they all show the first image inserted.
   2. The link button no longer works. Once I enter my link and click okay it kicks me out of my post.
   3. I paid for the upgrade to allow for video. Yet the video button will not insert my videos.

   I have been forced to go to the HTML side and force entry on everything. This has been a learning process to be sure but frustrating. Not my forte and it is keeping me from writing.

   Please help direct me to an actual contact for WordPress support.

   Don't know about the rest of your problems, but the image thing seems to be a bug affecting everybody on WordPress right now.

   Patience is a virtue. Try submitting a support ticket

   2) if you look around the forums, you'll see that literally hundreds of people have reported the problem. If changing browsers doesn't fix it for you, click to the HTML editor and put the link in there, then switch back.

   3) we need more information to help you. What format are the videos, and did you also get the space upgrade? You need BOTH in order to do video.
