About and Home tabs unreadable

  1. I can't get the About and Home font dark enough to be seen on the home page. They are in the strip right below the header photo.

The blog I need help with is theunrealisticguidetoperfection.wordpress.com.

  2. There's an issue with the color on that menu bar on the Twenty Eleven theme that Staff are addressing. I'll tag this thread for them. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  3. I'm having the same issue.

  4. @amanda4510, I checked http://theunrealisticguidetoperfection.wordpress.com/ just now and I see a dark menu bar with white text. Is that fixed, or were you expecting different colors for the menu bar?

@sharkgravy, sorry for the trouble! We're working to get the light colored menu bar in Twenty Eleven fixed and someone will reply back here as soon as we have an update.

  5. http://sharkgravy.wordpress.com/ should be fixed now. Can you check it out and make sure it looks good to you?

Also, great blog name :) love it!

  6. All fixed! Thanks very much!

  7. Wonderful!

  8. I changed it to dark with white text until it could be fixed. Do you want me to change it back for now?

  9. I think the menu bar is only changing to a light color in the preview now. When I tested on my own blog, I could see some funny things going on in the preview but once I saved, only the background color saved (and that's what it should be doing). I've reported the preview issue to our developers.

In the mean time, try changing the background color using the Appearance > Background page in your blog dashboard and let me know if that doesn't get you the result you're after.

  10. I think it's fixed now :)
    Thank you!
