About, Home page, Header Menu

    I have an About page, and Home: Home under Pages in Appearance>Menus.
    Neither page appears under the Create Menu section.
    Where exactly are these pages to be located then, especially Home: Home, which is a definite puzzle.

    Thanks for any help.
